Big smiles all around as our students celebrate their final day of SUP training before heading off on work placement! 🌊

They marked the occasion with an epic short downwind SUP journey, taking on classic wind-against-tide conditions — a proper test after weeks of hard training. 💪

Achill Outdoor hosted a group of 50 medical students from UL, UCC and U of G this past weekend in a new initiative supported by the Rural Standing committee of the ICGP.
The students had a fantastic weekend of education, team bonding and fun, and got a deeper insight into the beauty of rural life. The fabulous weather was a welcome addition and hopefully Rural General Practice will be high on the list of career choices in the future.
