Great week of activities with Mayo Sports Partnership, running beginner surf and SUP sessions at Keel, along with yoga and sauna sessions on Dugort Beach.

Despite the mixed weather, everyone got stuck in, and the sessions were great craic from start to finish. Delighted to continue working alongside Mayo Sports Partnership and looking forward to more sessions in the future.

HER Outdoors is Back!

We're delighted to be partnering with Mayo Sports Partnership for the 5th year running to bring another fantastic series of HER Outdoors events to women across Mayo and beyond.

Whether you'd like to relax and recharge with beach yoga, enjoy a guided walk in Wild Nephin National Park, try stand-up paddleboarding for the first time, or experience the thrill of surfing on Achill's famous coastline, there's something for everyone!

All activities are beginner-friendly and led by experienced instructors from Achill Outdoor.

2-Day Basket Weaving Course in Achill, Co. Mayo
Join Ould Crafty at Achill Outdoor Education & Training Centre for a hands-on, creative 2-day basketmaking class, suitable for all ages and abilities — no experience needed!
Dates:
• August 8th & 9th, 2026
Time: 10am – 5pm
Location: Achill Outdoor Education & Training Centre
Price: €200 (includes all materials, tools & lunch)
Over the two days, you’ll learn traditional basket weaving techniques and make a turf basket
Classes are kept small (max 8 participants) to ensure plenty of one-to-one tuition.
