Legend Diving is now seeking a Base Leader to manage our shop and operations in Nusa Penida. This is a long-term position with a working permit.
You will be in charge of:
- Oversee the dive centerโ€™s daily operation
- Minimise logistical costs while maximising additional sales
- Work effectively and communicate with all the staff
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the diving equipment
- Reporting to the General Manager
Your profile:
- PADI renewed OWSI or higher with a minimum of 2 years as head instructor or Assistant Manager
- Experience diving in Nusa Penida area
- Fluent English mandatory, and Indonesian (even basic) will be a huge plus
- People person, autonomous, friendly.
- Able to commit to a long-term contract.
- Solid admin and organisation skills
- Strong Leadership abilities
- Customer service oriented
- Work Load Office 70% Diving 30%
- IT knowledge
- Comfortable living in a remote area
Contract Conditions:
- Percentage of the gross income
- Performance Bonus
- Food Allowance
- Visa and working permit (Kitas)
