The Dolphins DH Touch rugby team train every Sunday at the YMCA school in Tung Chung. Just wear sports clothing & shoes and bring a water bottle (we have refill taps) and a positive attitude.

Join the family, train hard, grow together and be a part of our team that lift each up on and off the pitch. All shapes and sizes and skill levels are welcome. Grab your boots , bring extra clothes and come down to the HKS Dolphins Rugby pitch at YMCA every Sunday 10:30 am to 12 noon at 2 Chung Yat at Tung Chung to try everything. DM us to get involved.
