Many domestic workers in Hong Kong navigate enormous financial pressures every day, from debt to family obligations to the risk of scams. Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools they can have.

Yesterday, participants from all teams in our Domestic Helper Programme came together for a Financial Management Workshop, facilitated by Lourdes Morales from Enrich HK , exploring three very important skills: Managing Ourselves, Making (Tough) Choices, and Setting Goals.

These aren't just financial lessons; they're the kind of skills that build confidence and open up choices.

22 coaches showed up. And they levelled up. 🏉🎉

Last Sunday, coaches, managers, and captains from our Social Inclusion For Domestic Helpers programme came together for a Train the Trainer Workshop, led by educators from the Federation of International Touch (FIT).

From session delivery to team communication, every coach left with sharper tools and a stronger voice to lead their team. This is what social inclusion looks like in action. Not just on the field, but in the knowledge we share, and the people we empower to carry it forward. 💪

上星期日22位來自家庭傭工欖球計劃嘅教練、管理人員同隊長參加咗由國際觸球聯合會（FIT）教育團隊主持嘅「教練培訓工作坊」。由課節帶領到團隊溝通，每位參加者都學到好多，喺未來帶領隊伍更有信心💪
