Just a reminder that we will be closed to general admission tomorrow, Thursday 10th September 13:00-17:00 whilst we host the Pizza & Pathways to Employment event for South Glos Council.

Anybody aged 17-21 and needing some additional help into work are welcome to drop in at any time for an informal chat with the Youth Guarantee team to discuss what they can offer and all of our games will be on free play for the duration for you to have fun whilst you’re doing so.

And (as if you needed any more reason) Pizza 🍕

🚨 FREE GAMES & PIZZA 🚨

This Thursday sees South Gloucestershire Council’s Youth Guarantee Scheme hold their Pizza & Pathways to Employment event with us here at Simwrx.

If you or someone you know is aged 17-21 and struggling to get into or back into work then pop along to see the support they can offer.

Completely informal, no appointment needed, just drop in anytime between 13:30-16:30 and stay as long as you like.

No pressure, no lectures, just some genuine help for those that need it the most and we’ll make sure you have a load of fun whilst you’re here.

Congratulations to Gurt Wings on taking the Wild Wing title with their brand new Hallo-Wing at WingFest last weekend!

Unfortunately they must have partied a bit too hard as they’ve had to cancel their planned visit to us this Saturday but fear not chicken lovers as the gap they’ve left is going to be filled with Coq, Restaurant & Bar!

Young kart racer Zachary Palmer Racing has used our sims a few times now and when his mum messaged to ask if he could wear his full race gear for ultra realism, how could we refuse 🤷‍♂️

Fresh from watching LM cars racing for real at Spa, there was only one thing Zac wanted to get behind the wheel of!

14 year old karting protege Sam getting in some seat time ahead of an imminent shift to car racing.

Sam spends as much time analysing his telemetry as he does racing with us and it’s incredible to see somebody put the theory from the analysis into practice quite as quickly as he does.

Keep an eye on this lad, he’s going places and hopefully we can be a tiny part of his journey 🏎️

Local motorsport engineer & fabricator Harry from paid us a visit this week after hearing about our race sims.

Anybody that’s ever used our sims will appreciate exactly how hard they are to control.

Anybody that’s ever tried drifting on our sims will appreciate that’s it’s near impossible.

Until Harry strapped in.

This guy’s car control is absolutely out of this world and we ended up with so much footage that it’s been tough condensing it down to an instagram friendly length so we’ll put the full videos on our YouTube channel
