10K RACE DAY CHECKLIST & TIMINGS! 🏃‍♂️

Race weekend is finally here! Here is everything you need to know for the Littlehampton 10K this Sunday, 6th September:

🚨 FINAL REMINDER: Race entries close strictly TONIGHT at 6:00 PM! If you or a friend haven't secured a spot yet, this is your last chance!

🎟️ RACE NUMBER COLLECTION:
Beat the race morning queues by collecting your bib early:

- RUN Store Worthing: Tomorrow, Saturday (11am – 3pm sharp)

- Littlehampton Prom Parkrun: Tomorrow, Saturday morning (9:30am – 10:30am) at the finish line / Coastguards Station

- Race Morning: Registration Tents on East Beach Green (7:30am – 8:40am)

⏱️ RACE DAY TIMINGS:
07:30 AM: Number collection opens at East Beach Green
07:45 AM: Bag drop opens (rucksack size only!)
08:40 AM: Collection & Bag Drop close | Official Warm-up!
08:50 AM: Wave pens open
09:00 AM: 10K RACE START

💡 TOP RACE TIPS:
Line up in the wave pen that matches your target time, and follow our Xempo pacemakers to guide your pace. Pin your race bib securely to your chest so the timing chip reads correctly, and fill in your medical details on the back. Stay hydrated before the start and grab water at 5.2km or the finish line. Headphones are allowed, but keep the volume low so you can hear marshals.
