Everyone Meet Claire ✨
Claire discovered Pilates through a desire to feel stronger, improve posture and create a deeper connection with both mind and body.
What began as a personal journey quickly became a passion for movement, wellbeing and helping others feel more confident in themselves ❤️
With a growing love for the classical Pilates system and how movement works across all Pilates apparatus, Claire teaches with a strong focus on intentional movement, mindful progression and building strong foundations. She teaches both mat and reformer Pilates and is continuing to expand her training across the full Pilates system — with a particular love for work on the Tower ✨
In Claire’s classes, you can expect thoughtful flows, mobility, layers and progressions for all levels, and movement that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected and energised. Her teaching style is inclusive, supportive and detail-focused, creating a welcoming space where everybody feels encouraged to move in a way that works for them 🤍
As someone navigating peri-menopause herself, Claire is also passionate about supporting women through movement during different stages of life ❤️
When she’s not teaching, you’ll usually find her spending time outdoors with her husband and son, gardening, or decorating their home.
