New season.

The pitches were full, the shirts were on and football was well and truly BACK.

And just like that… the 2026/27 season starts here! 🙌

After a busy summer, this weekend sees our teams back out on the pitch for the first fixtures of the new season and we can’t wait to get going!

With new teams, new players and even more football across the club this year, it’s set to be our biggest season yet. ⚽️

Good luck to every West Worcester team playing this weekend, whether you’re home or away. Go out, enjoy it and represent WWFC! ❤️

This weekend marks the official start of our 2026/27 season for some of our teams! ❤️⚽️🦁

And what a season it’s shaping up to be…

West Worcester is growing! 🙌

Over the summer, there’s been so much happening behind the scenes and we’re incredibly proud to be heading into the new season with 27 teams! ❤️

Over the summer we have created 10 new additional teams. Many players going into these have never played before in teams or come via our development centre.

We’re so excited to see our teams back out on the pitches this weekend and to see what the 2026/27 season has in store for us.

A huge thank you, as always, to our coaches, volunteers, parents, players, sponsors and everyone who continues to support the club. None of the growth would be possible without the people behind it. ❤️

Here’s to another season of football, development, friendships, memories and plenty of goals! ⚽️

Unfortunately, our Girls Development session is cancelled this week.

We’re really sorry for the late notice and any inconvenience caused.

We’ll be back as normal next week and can’t wait to see you all then! ❤️

Exciting times for our U9 Girls! ⚽️

As we continue to grow girls football at West Worcester, we’re looking for more players to join our U9 Girls Team for the new season.

We’re looking for girls currently in Years 3 & 4 who would love the opportunity to play as part of a team, develop their football and make new friends along the way.

It doesn’t matter whether they’ve already been playing or are fairly new to football we’re looking for girls who are enthusiastic, want to learn and, most importantly, want to enjoy playing the game.

We’ve got some really exciting plans for our girls section and would love to welcome some new faces to be part of it. ❤️🖤

What an amazing 5 weeks it’s been! ⚽️☀️

We’ve had over 200 children come along and enjoy our Summer Camp this year, and we’ve genuinely loved every minute of it! From football and games to new friendships and lots of laughs, it’s been a summer to remember. ❤️

But we’re not finished yet… there are still TWO WEEKS to go! 🙌
