Coach Teale taught on Tuesday, and although Thursday’s session had to be cancelled due to a major 🔥 fire on the estate, we adapted and delivered the session on Sunday 💪

Across the sessions, we covered the key details of knee slicing 🥋, kicking off a series we’ll continue to break down and develop over the coming weeks.

This is only the foundation — expect progression, layers, and refinement 📈

🥋 BJJ GEMS DROPPED!🥋

First session with Coach Teale in the books and it was 🔥

We went deep on knee slicing , proper techniques that straight-up level up your passing game.
Everyone walked away with new tools, sharper details, and a better understanding of how to apply it live.

Followed it with specific training and intense sparring to lock everything in.
Massive respect to everyone who showed up and put the work in 👏
This is what progress looks like — one roll, one gem, one step closer.

MONDAY – ADULTS SESSION

We smashed it: In & Out footwork + pivoting drills → straight into live sparring.

Everyone who showed up for the first adult session – massive respect 👏 You moved sharp, listened well, and put the work in.
This is just the start. Keep that energy – we’re only getting better.

Tomorrow (Tuesday): Coach Teale is dropping BJJ Gems – fundamentals, technique, and gold nuggets
