e aim to provide everything you need to help you on your way and help you cross the finish line. Our group classes run regularly throughout the week to give you the chance to train as little or as often as you want. We offer you a chance to learn the traditional martial art, but in a safe enjoyable environment. need to be convinced? Why not come along and train for free? We are so sure we can offer you what you want and need that you can come along for a whole week absolutely free, all we ask is you turn up with some indoor footwear, enthusiasm and an open mind.
