Extended services to families, Over 40 years Karate experience Started training Karate in 1979 (Shukokai) then joined Goju ryu in 1980 and teaching since 1987 uppon receiving his Black Belt (Shodan). Over the years, around 2,000 students passed through our school in Portugal, Angola and United Kingdom. Most moved on with

their lives and some reached the level of ROKUDAN in Goju Ryu. It is absolutely rewarding when they trace us back and share their thoughts on how much Karate have influenced them as people and their personal and professional lives. NOTHING can beat that great feeling of contributing towards another human being well-being!
