We’re delighted to introduce James Dean as our new Women’s Assistant Coach!

James brings coaching experience from youth rugby alongside his experience playing senior rugby with Windsor Men’s 1st team. As a front-row specialist, he also brings a wealth of knowledge from his own experience on the pitch.

James’ knowledge, enthusiasm and energy is a brilliant addition to the coaching set-up, with a real commitment to supporting and developing our players and women’s rugby.

We’re really excited to have James as part of our coaching team and can’t wait to see what he brings to the team this season! 🏉🔥

🚨 COACHING TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We’re delighted to announce Caroline Robinson as our new Women’s Head Coach!

Caroline brings with her a wealth of experience both on and off the pitch, having played senior rugby with the Women’s 1st teams at Windsor and Henley, alongside her coaching experience within the women’s game and ERCA qualification.

With a real understanding of the modern game and a passion for developing players, Caroline is bringing her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to the Dames.
Her approach is all about good organisation, communication and creating an environment where our players can develop and enjoy their rugby.

We’re incredibly excited to have Caroline leading the Dames with the support of the coaching team and can’t wait to see what the season ahead brings. 🏉🔥

What a brilliant day of women’s rugby! Look at these faces 😍

Today brought together players from across three teams. There’s something pretty special about seeing so many women coming together, throwing themselves into the game we love and having an absolute blast while doing it.

Whether you’re brand new to rugby or you’ve been playing for years, there’s a place for you.

If you’ve ever thought about giving rugby a go, come and find us. We’ve got three incredible teams of women here who will welcome you with open arms!
