🚨 We’re Hiring – Outdoor Instructor 🚨
Do you have a passion for motorcycles, the outdoors, and helping people build confidence and skills?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Outdoor Instructor to join our growing team at Begin Off Road.
This role involves delivering safe, engaging and enjoyable off-road motorcycle experiences for riders of all ages and abilities. You’ll be responsible for supporting participants throughout their experience, maintaining high safety standards, and helping create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
We’re looking for someone who:
🏍️ Has confidence riding motorcycles or mountain bikes off-road
🌟 Enjoys working with children, families and adults
💬 Has excellent communication and people skills
🌿 Loves being outdoors in all conditions
🤝 Is proactive, adaptable and a great team player
At least one of the following skills is desired
📸 Photography & videography
📱 Social media & content creation
🔧 Motorcycle mechanics
🎪 Events & customer experience
🌿 Outdoor education (experience in the education sector)
📍 Weston Park Estate, Shifnal
📅 Weekend availability required
