Out at the Golden Ring show yesterday.
The result didn't go our way but we learn and we move on. Credit to Kiefers opponent who boxed really well and took his chances, credit to Kiefer who had to dig in against a tough opponent. In a rare throwback to my military days I got to assist in the corner with the Army Boxing Team. It's great to see them out at shows and being busy under new Head Coach Liam, big season for them inbound I'm sure

Great to have the Trowbridge Rugby Football Club Under 11’s in at War Boxing Academy this morning as they prepare for the new rugby season! πŸ’ͺ

The team were put through a fun but challenging session combining boxing skills, fitness, movement, coordination and resilience all designed to develop the physical and mental attributes they’ll need on the pitch.

Plenty of energy, some great effort and definitely a few tired legs by the end! πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯

It was fantastic to see the team getting stuck in, supporting each other and embracing something completely different from their usual training.
