Polly Holbrook-Bull BHSII UKCC2 Equestrian Coach Accredited coach & Intermediate Event rider travelling across Wiltshire,Somerset,Dorset & Hampshire.

Having come from an eventing background I have a huge amount of experience riding and teaching in all three disciplines. I am an open minded and approachable coach, not the kind to bark orders! I enjoy working with riders and their horses to make and achieve goals and ensure they have fun along the way. I am also happy to school or compete your horse for you either temporarily or long term. If you

r horse has suffered an injury I will work with you to bring him or her back in to full work using exercises on the ground, long reins or lunging following advice from your vet or physio.

Pole work is £26
Showjumping is £30.

We have just about recovered from my second camp of the year at Downlands Equestrian. We were very grateful to be able to go inside on the Saturday as the rain just didn’t stop. Sunday however was much better and we got out on the grass and had a lot of fun. Fabulous photos by Tess Cadman Photography as always and thank you very much to Sarah Davy and my husband Gábor for doing the food. It was delicious!

I am about to release two dates in the summer where I will be running day clinics at Downlands. Show jumping in the morning followed by XC in the afternoon. So keep an eye out on my page if you’re keen to join the fun.

All set for my second camp of the year at Downlands Equestrian. First time in four years I have given up and decided to go indoors for a few hours out of the rain! Thank you to Downlands for allowing us to do this! Hopefully the rain will clear and we can have a fun weekend.

Course riding clinic at Ludlow Farm on Tuesday 9th June.
Open to those wanting to “have a go” but also those combinations out competing.
Flexible on height but will be roughly:

5pm - up to 75cm
6pm - 80cm plus.

£30 payable at booking.

Huge congratulations to my lovely friends and clients Joanna Dale and her horse Peps and Laura McCormick and Wills for coming 3rd and 4th in the Endurance GB 40km Novice class at Windsor. Such a huge achievement considering they are very new to endurance. Both horses are 20 years old and I really feel they have found their calling in life! Just goes to show that every horse has a talent and so does every rider. You don’t need to go jumping big fences to be successful and have fun. Well done Jo and Laura, bring on the next one.

I had a really lovely morning at Downlands Equestrian doing an intro to XC clinic. It was great to have the course to ourselves so the riders didn’t have to worry about anyone else or have other distractions.
It was fabulous to see the huge progress by everyone in just one session and they all left happy and more confident than they started!

We have all just about recovered from my first camp of the year at Downlands Equestrian. We had a lot of new faces this time which was great, as well as some lovely regular camp attendees. Part of what I really love about my job is getting to know new partnerships and working out how we can help each of them with whatever their goal may be. It’s very rewarding seeing the progress.

Huge thanks to my husband Gábor Csák and my friends Mouse and Sarah for helping with the food, this is a huge weight off my mind if I don’t have to worry about it. I can just concentrate on teaching! We also had the pleasure of Tess Cadman coming to take photographs on the showjumping and XC sessions.

Very well done to everyone who came and thank you for making it so fun.
