Polly Holbrook-Bull BHSII UKCC2 Equestrian Coach Accredited coach & Intermediate Event rider travelling across Wiltshire,Somerset,Dorset & Hampshire.

Having come from an eventing background I have a huge amount of experience riding and teaching in all three disciplines. I am an open minded and approachable coach, not the kind to bark orders! I enjoy working with riders and their horses to make and achieve goals and ensure they have fun along the way. I am also happy to school or compete your horse for you either temporarily or long term. If your horse has suffered an injury I will work with you to bring him or her back in to full work using exercises on the ground, long reins or lunging following advice from your vet or physio.

XC clinic at Barrow Farm Equestrian on Sunday the 13th September. The forecast is looking good so come and have some fun. Barrow farm is very progressive, great for young horses just starting out but also lots of fun combinations to challenge those who are more experienced. £40 per person.

We had a fabulous day today for my clinic at Downlands Equestrian. With showjumping am and XC pm. Ten lovely riders and a wide selection of horses. We had 3 four year olds, 2 ex racers not long off the track, a cob that thought she was an ex race horse and everything in between! The weather was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so supportive of each other. Thank you to my lovely husband for helping me with lunch.

I’m thinking about putting on another day clinic in October before the weather turns. If you might be interested please let me know.

The rain has come so the XC fun can now begin!

Sunday 13th September-XC at Barrow Farm. This is suitable for first timers/very novice to those out competing 80/90. £40 each which includes course hire.

Sunday 4th October - Showjumping at Dorset Showground. Again this is suitable for those just starting out on their jumping journey to those out competing regularly. £35 each.

Payment is due at booking please and I will then arrange the groups.

Hi everyone, due to illness I have 1 space available at my day clinic at Downlands Equestrian on Sunday 6th September.

You will have a showjumping lesson in the morning, lunch provided by me and then a XC lesson in the afternoon.

Happy 10th Birthday to this absolute superstar. I bred Rhubarb from my top event horse Tallulah and she has been better than I could have hoped for. Not really just competitively but her temperament is just so kind and easy. I took the pressure off competing this year due to many reasons, non of which are to do with her but hopefully we will get out again soon.

Clinics coming up…

It is going to be getting cooler so come and join the fun!

Wednesday 19th August Showjumping at Ludlow Farm. Sessions at 5 and 6pm. I will group you together on height but we are relatively flexible. Very much open to novice riders and those out competing. £30.

Sunday 6th September Day clinic at Downlands Equestrian. Showjumping in the morning followed by XC in the afternoon. There is some rain on the forecast but there is a lot we can do on the xc without jarring up the horse’s on the ground so please don’t let this put you off. I will provide lunch for you all. £85 all in including course hire.
