🚨 Method of the Day: DEVIL’S DISTANCE 🚨

20 minutes. One rower. No hiding. Your mission: accumulate as many metres as possible on the rower within the time cap.

Every 300/400m, jump off and complete:
🔥 10 DB SA Alternating Devil’s Press
🔥 10 DB SA Push Press

Then get straight back on the row and keep moving.

Pace the row. Stay efficient on the dumbbells. Manage your transitions. The athletes who can recover while working will come out on top.

“Not that long ago, this level of fitness felt completely out of reach for me. I genuinely thought HYROX athletes were built differently.”

Helen recently completed her first HYROX, and her journey is exactly why we do what we do. What started as a goal to simply get fitter became one of the biggest confidence boosts she’s had in years. Through early mornings, tough training sessions, aching legs, and plenty of sled pushes, she discovered that she was capable of far more than she ever believed.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of Helen’s journey and grateful to have her as part of our community. Her dedication, consistency, and willingness to step outside her comfort zone are what made this achievement possible.

Our May MOTM is Andy!

Andy has been with us since we opened back in 2022 and we feel very lucky to have him as a member. He is outstandingly strong, hugely polite and friendly and always looking for ways to improve and take on coaching feedback.

Recently, Andy has put his strength and endurance to the test and started taking on fitness competitions, representing TMG! These have included Battle Cancer, Turf Games and two solo Hyrox competitions. Andy always shows up and puts his all in to every event, and class.

We are very grateful to call Andy a member of our TMG family!
