Is a Football development Academy based in Aldridge , Walsall . The Academy will focus on Attitude , Consistency and Evolvement of every child that joins ACE through purposeful technical training and Representative games V Professional Academies , whilst focusing also on dual sports and social events to give them a well rounded and most importantly an enjoyable approach to sport at the Foundation ages of between 5-11 .This is open to boys /girls of all grassroots clubs .

🦁💜 OUR VERY FIRST MINI ACES SESSION! 💜🦁

And what an AMAZING morning it was! 🥹⚽️

Today we welcomed our very first little footballers to Mini Aces, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first session! 💜

There were lots of smiles, plenty of laughs and some very brave little Mini Aces getting involved and trying something new. 🥰

We went on a treasure hunt ⭐️, helped rescue Acer’s friends 🦁, practised our bean bag throwing 🎯, scored LOTS of goals ⚽️ and, of course, there were plenty of high fives, cheers and ROARS along the way! 🙌🦁

And just when they thought the fun was over… we had a visit from a VERY special lion! 🦁💜 Acer came along to meet our Mini Aces and finish off our first session in the best possible way!

A huge THANK YOU to all of the parents who brought their little ones along and supported us today. Starting something completely new is always a little nerve racking, so seeing the children enjoying themselves made it all worthwhile. 🥹💜

And a massive well done to our very first Mini Aces — you were all little superstars! ⭐️

This is only the beginning… 🦁⚽️💜

💜💛 WELCOME BACK, SPENCER! 💛💜

Today is a very special day at ACE as we welcome Spencer back to football after 18 months away. ⚽️

Over the last year and a half, Spencer has shown incredible courage and strength while undergoing treatment for cancer.

We are absolutely delighted to share that Spencer has now successfully completed his treatment and he’s raring to get his boots back on and return to doing what he loves! ⚽️🙌

Everyone at ACE is incredibly proud of you, Spencer. The bravery and determination you’ve shown is truly inspiring, and seeing you back with a football at your feet means more than we can put into words.

Things are starting to feel VERY real now! 🥹

Our brand-new Mini Aces equipment has started arriving, so today Coach Ollie had a little helper on hand to give everything a very important test run… our very own little Mini Ace, Luca! 🥹⚽️💜

Balls kicked ✔️
Cones tested ✔️
Hoops explored ✔️
Goals scored ✔️
Mini adventures approved ✔️😂🦁

We’ve been working behind the scenes putting together sessions that are fun, imaginative and completely designed around our little footballers aged 2–4.

At Mini Aces, it’s about so much more than simply kicking a football. 💜

We want our little ones to play, explore, build confidence, make friends, learn new skills and leave every session with a HUGE smile on their face. ⭐️

From Acer’s adventures and football games to passports, stickers, rewards and plenty of ROARS… we’re putting so much into making Mini Aces a really special first experience of football. 🦁⚽️

And judging by today’s little tester… we think we’re onto something! 😂💜

Not long to go now until we welcome our very first Mini Aces through the doors and we genuinely cannot wait.

💜⚽ ACE ACADEMY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – NEW NIGHT! ⚽💜

From the first week of September, our Development Programme will be moving from Friday evenings to Wednesday evenings, due to changes at the venue.

📅 Every Wednesday
⏰ 5:00pm – 6:00pm
📍 Rushall Olympic Football Club

Our Development Programme has been an important part of Ace for many years, helping players grow in confidence, develop their ability and progress into teams and we’re incredibly proud of what the programme has achieved. 💜⚽

As we move into this next chapter, we’re also excited to welcome a new senior coaching group who will be leading the programme and continuing to provide the high-quality, player-focused coaching that Ace is known for.

The night may be changing, but the purpose remains exactly the same, developing individual players, building confidence and helping every child progress. 💜

We really hope our existing players will continue the journey with us on a Wednesday, and we’d also love to welcome some new faces!

Football is ever evolving but most the core fundamentals stay the same , there are so many experts nowadays sadly who haven’t done the time or built the experience in football ..

Mick Halsall Head of coaching at WBA he’s my former coach at Walsall fc many years ago !! He’s my football mentor , we meet for our early morning coffees I give him all my ideas he brings realism to them and structure 🤩⚽️

Mick has an award from the premier league regards Youth development he’s one of the best in the business !

Due to trials taking place at Rushall Olympic on these dates, we’re unfortunately unable to hold the camps there. The camps will now be held at Aldridge Rugby Club:

📍 *Bourne Vale, Little Hardwick Road, Aldridge, WS9 0SH*

⏰*10am-3pm!*

We’ve got an action-packed few days planned, including:

⚽ Football Sessions
🏅 Multi-Sports
🏆 Fun Tournaments
💦 Bouncy Castle & Slip ’n Slide on the final day please bring spare clothes if your child would like to take part!
And a packed lunch for breaks

We’re really looking forward to making these last few days of summer ones to remember! ☀️

I couldn’t be more proud of my son 🧒 🤍🏃‍♂️ Ryley ( Talent ID ) 💜

Today he gathered lots of friends family , Ace and community to take part in his first running 🏃‍♂️ 🤍 event !

The results were amazing 🤩

💜 over 1,150k ran
💜 2,300 laps
💜 he personally ran 120 laps / 60k !!!

Lots of money raised and also so many kits and boots donated to his cause .sin.fronteras will make such a difference!!

Personally after my injury problems I knew today was going to be tough !
But my boys are watching 👀 and I promised even if I jogged walked I was putting laps down for Ryley 💜

I jogged / walked / hobbled to 90 laps and got myself a marathon done 🤍🏃‍♂️💜

I think today shows with the right environment, purpose and passion amazing things in life can be achieved 🎉👌
