Wow, what a fantastic evening! Thank you to everyone who came along to support our quiz night, together we raised £700! 🙌

A huge well done to our winners, 'The Village Idiots', who generously donated their winnings straight back to the charity. 🫶

***NEW CLASS*** Tuesdays 5-5:55pm

Small, friendly classes, suitable for beginners. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and there’s no pressure! Plus we always end with a relaxation…thank you to everyone in the class who agreed to me taking photos. I should reward them with an extended relaxation!

I also do 1:1 sessions, pregnancy yoga and Indian head massage too. Vouchers available. Get in touch for more information 😃
