Qualified at Level 4 Specialist in Obesity and Diabetes, Exercise Referral & Mental Health I understand the struggles that people have to overcome to get started. My program will support you in becoming stronger and fitter for a healthier future. My AIM is to bring together people who prefer a personal approach, to help build confidence towards a more mainstream form of exercise. Together we will work in a private space with no interruption, no criticism, no judgement, just moving forward. Personal Training is also available as 1:1 or in groups so if you want to train with friends or work alone, you can!

I can't believe this little cutie is already 8 months old!!!

So this means that my maternity leave is coming to an end and you guys will start to see me around the leisure centres again as i start to phase back into work.

However i won't be taking back all my classes until later in the year.

For now this is what my return will look like at the end of the month ⬇️⬇️⬇️
