A spinefitter class is the second of the summer holiday videos that I have filmed 😄. Not a problem if you don’t have a spinefitter as you can use a rolled up towel.

So excited to be going to the Body Control Pilates Development weekend in September. Im booked into 8 amazing workshops with a range of international and highly regarded teachers. I’ll be sharing a few details of each of these workshops and teachers over the next few months. The development weekend is also a lovely way to mark 17 years of being a Body Control Pilates teacher.
