We are back on TV again, today and tomorrow! - a repeat of A New Life in the Sun 2018, Channel 4, 4pm when we went to test drive our lovely friends new boutique B&B CASA 44 in Alahaurin El Grande in the hills above Malaga and give them a few hints and tips to get off to a flying start.

It's been difficult getting away from Glangwili Mansion, Carmarthen recently because August and September have been bumper months for our B&B but a couple of weeks ago we managed to catch up with a couple who did our B&B Mentors course last year. Jacqui and Ivan have bought a fabulous property in Mid Wales with huge potential for a B&B and are in the process of doing a complete renovation, hopefully opening in the Spring of next year (watch this space!) We are so thrilled that you took so many of our suggestions on board when looking for your dream home. You know what we say.... "We've made the mistakes over the last 17 years so you don't have to"😁

Another successful course completed with a couple who are buying a top class B&B in Durham.
