Lanzarta has now received full UK approval for use in both forest nurseries and established forestry settings, providing a complete approach to controlling the large pine weevil; one of the biggest threats to newly planted conifer trees.

The approval means forestry managers can now protect young trees during the nursery stage and continue that protection after planting, helping to reduce losses, improve establishment rates, and support healthier woodland development.
