💙💚🏐 WALKING NETBALL ON TOUR 🏐💚💙

On Sunday 14th June, five Walking Netball groups from Northern Ireland travelled to Jersey to take part in a fantastic tournament hosted by Jersey Walking Netball at Victoria College, St Helier.

Representing Northern Ireland were:
🩷 Nutty Netballers, Larne
💙 Nifty Netballers, Bangor
🩶 Lecale Ladies, Downpatrick
❤️ Ban Ballers, Banbridge
💚 Lilies of the Valley

The day was filled with great netball, friendship, laughter and plenty of team spirit as players enjoyed the opportunity to connect with fellow Walking Netballers from across the Irish Sea.

A huge congratulations to ❤️ Ban Ballers, Banbridge, who were crowned tournament winners! 🏆

Thank you to Jersey Walking Netball for their warm welcome and for hosting such a fantastic event. Experiences like these highlight the social, inclusive and enjoyable nature of Walking Netball and the friendships it creates.

💙💚 LET'S GET SOCIAL 💚💙

Over 100 players, coaches and supporters came together at South Lake Leisure Centre for our Netball NI Let's Get Social Festival.

Representing groups from across Northern Ireland, participants enjoyed an afternoon of netball, music, food and fun, with plenty of opportunities to connect both on and off the court. 🏐

A special well done also to our 'Cheeky Little Spoon' spot prize winners, who brought plenty of fun and laughter to the festival. 👏

A huge thank you to our umpiring team, Grainne Mackle, Shauna Watt, Lisa Rowan and Wannita Broome and out volunteer timer/ scorers Cathy ( Lisburn Social) Sue ( NCS). Their time, commitment and expertise ensured the festival ran smoothly and allowed everyone to enjoy a fantastic afternoon of netball.

It was wonderful to see so many Social Netball groups together, celebrating the community, friendship and enjoyment that make our game so special.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back for our next Let's Get Social Festival this autumn! 🍂

🏐💚 COMMUNITY COACH AWARD 💚🏐

Last Sunday, aspiring coaches from across Northern Ireland came together for the final practical session of the Community Coach Award programme.

This in person session marked the third and final stage of the learning programme, following two online workshops and the completion of personal assignments. Participants spent the day developing their coaching knowledge, refining practical skills, and preparing for the next stage of their coaching journey.

The coaches will now take some time to prepare before progressing to their final assessment.
A huge thank you to everyone who has committed their time and energy to developing as coaches. We look forward to seeing the positive impact you will have on netball across Northern Ireland in the months and years ahead. 👏💚

What a fantastic day of netball at Lisburn Racquets Club as schools from across Northern Ireland came together for the 2026 Primary Schools Finals Day! 👏

These action shots capture the energy, excitement and determination shown throughout the day, with players giving their all for their schools and creating memories to be proud of. 🏆

A huge well done to every team who qualified for Finals Day and thank you to the teachers, supporters, volunteers, officials and umpires who helped make the event such a success.

The final brought together two outstanding schools, with Pond Park PS and Tannaghmore PS producing a fantastic showcase of primary schools netball. 👏
