🐴🌟 NEW FOR 2026 – TWINSTEAD RIDING SCHOOL PONY CAMP! 🌟🐴

We are so excited (and a little nervous!) to announce a brand-new venture for Twinstead Riding School our very first overnight Pony Camp!

📅 Friday 14th August – Saturday 15th August
💷 £200 per person
👧🧒 Ages 11 years and over

This is going to be an unforgettable two-day adventure packed with everything pony lovers could wish for:

🏕️ Camping overnight with friends
🔎 Treasure hunt to find your pony and camping partner
🐴 Pony pampering and care sessions
🌳 Riding adventures and pony games
🏊 Swimming
🔥 BBQ and bonfire night
🎉 Fun, laughter and making new friendships

Our aim is to create a fantastic experience where young riders can build confidence, learn more about horse care, make lasting memories and enjoy a real pony-camp adventure.

As this is our very first Pony Camp, we’d really love your support. If you know a young horse lover who would enjoy a weekend full of ponies, fun and friendship, please like, share and spread the word. Every share helps us get this exciting new venture off the ground! ❤️

What a lovely evening!

After a sudden change of location, we can’t thank Chris and Corrine enough for letting us host at their beautiful home.

The vet talk was incredibly informative and interesting. We’re so lucky to have such a friendly and supportive vet team on hand. Words really can’t describe how much we rely on and trust our vets at Linkswood Equine Vets they have never let us down and are always there whenever we need them. Our horses truly do receive the very best care.

Evenings like this make horse ownership feel a little less scary. Tonight, Linkswood filled us with so much valuable knowledge about EMS, laminitis, and how seasonal changes affect our horses.

Thank you to everyone who came along it was so lovely to catch up and enjoy great food, company, and conversation.

Our pub ride yesterday 🍻
A huge thank you to the King’s Head Pub for always being so accommodating and for putting on such a lovely spread for us when we arrived.
We had a brilliant time thank you to everyone who came along and joined in the madness. It was lovely spending time with you all.

Just a reminder that today is Pony Day, and it’s going to be a hot one! We’ll be getting the riding done first thing while it’s still cooler.

Please make sure the children arrive with sun cream already applied and bring a hat for the other activities after riding. Plenty of water is essential too. We have a fridge/freezer available if anyone would like to keep drinks cool or store a snack.

We’ll do our best to keep everyone as cool as possible and are looking forward to a fun day including lots of water balloon games! 🤣
