LONG 👏🏻 TERM 👏🏻 CHANGE👏🏻
I’m incredibly proud of and this photo makes me really happy to share😁
I’ve been working with Scott for a little over 7 months now and to see how not only his physical appearance has changed but also how most importantly his mental well-being has changed🤩
Firstly Scott is incredibly strong, both physically and mentally from being a bloke who couldn’t even do 1 press up to being able to do 20+😮 and leg press some serious weight!
Not only this, Scott has shifted 35lbs only training 2x per week!
Our focus on this journey was not just to lose weight but also for Scott to feel better about himself and grow in confidence.
Scott’s now got a better relationship with food, understanding the 80/20 principle to a tee which has allowed him to enjoy his weekly takeaway and relax more on the weekends, making him able to go to any social occasion he wants to🥦🍔
There is no secret when it comes to getting the results you want. Be consistent, get a plan in place and do not restrict yourself. Do not set a time limit. Keep going until you’re where you want to be.
Your journey won’t always go in a straight line. You’re going to have set backs and fail at time.
⭐️But without failure there is no success⭐️
