We’ll be playing some classics, getting the glowsticks back out and all the party lights

WE DID IT….Finally we can announce the grand total and absolutely AMAZING amount we raised from our Fundraising event and Hike in June came to……

🥁💰💵🪙……. £2,854 …🥁🎉🌟🌍🙋‍♀️

All proceeds from the open day ((BOUNCE)) & Beats classes, the Cake sale, raffle and Mighty Hike that myself, Becs, Julie and Maria took part in has gone to Macmillan Cancer Care and Prospect Hospice

£2,254 from the teams fundraising pages collectively has been donated to Macmillan Cancer Care ✅

£600 from classes on Saturday 13 June, the raffle and cake sale has been donated to our local Hospice - Prospect Hospice ✅

YOU ARE ALL AMAZING

A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR SUPPORTERS, HELPERS, BAKERS, AND LOCAL BUSINESSES WHO SUPPORTED 🌟❤️🤗

First September and Autumn class done 🙋‍♀️🤗🍂

Thank you for joining me ladies.

It’s not just you guys that didnt feel up to class tonight, the weather and the mid hump, post- bank hol blues are real, us instructors get it too and it was kinda nice to know some of you felt that way and had to push yourselves out tonight but A HUGE THANK YOU that you did ! We are all human after all.

Its just harder when you know you have to as if i dont turn up i let you all down and i would never do that! So those classes where im feeling stressed, or a bit flat are the ones that help the most! Well done us ❤️🎉

⚠️🍁 Friday class is on with Becs - Katie is off on another mini- break (early birthday celebrations)

Next week is a three week class with Beats Monday and ((BOUNCE)) Wednesday and Friday

Its getting busy again which is always great so don’t miss your spot and if you haven’t been for a while get that routine back. We always love to see people back again and your all welcomed :-)

With that we just wanted to make a little reset and a few reminders and info for all our newest members 🙋‍♀️🤗🚦✅

We are always happy to help so just DM us on our FB on Insta chat if you ever need the code or help📧

❌Also a reminder if you can no longer make class go into your booking and cancel your space or transfer.
⚠️❗️Life is busy for us all but it really helps and saves us time flaffing getting trampolines out or running out to the gate waiting so please do your best to let us know if you cant make it. We appreciate it :-)
