Millions of children will be watching their heroes step onto the biggest stage in sport.

But before the crowds, the trophies and the celebrations came years of practice, courage and learning to believe in themselves.

Our annual show was a celebration of everything The Performance Hub stands for- confidence, creativity, hard work, friendship and unforgettable moments on stage.

To hear how much the performances meant to our families, and to see the growth in our students, makes every rehearsal, every costume change and every late night worth it.

Dance isn't always a quick fix.

This year, a parent told me that her daughter is in her third show with us, and for the first time, she isn't feeling nervous in the lead up to performance day.

As parents, it's natural to want to step in and remove situations that make our children uncomfortable. We want to protect them from anxiety, nerves, and fear. But sometimes growth comes from experiencing those feelings and learning that they can get through them.

This student has struggled with anxiety, yet after three years of showing up, performing, and building confidence, she's reached a point where the nerves no longer control her.

That's what performing arts is really about. It's not just dance, singing, or acting. It's resilience, confidence, courage, and giving young people the chance to discover what they're capable of.

The transformation doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen ❤️
