Rapid Rascals Flyball Team

Rapid Rascals Flyball Team Flyball is an exciting team sport for Dogs! We unfortunately aren't taking new dogs at this time. 💚 Teams are comprised of four dogs and their handlers.

Flyball is a competitive team based dog sport with sanctioned tournaments throughout the year around the UK. Similar to a relay race, the dogs are required to jump over four hurdles in a line, collect a tennis ball from a box, then return over the hurdles with the ball. These teams then face off against one another in several rounds to see which team can complete the fastest. It is a very loud, hi

gh energy sport which dogs (and their owners!) thrive in. We teach Flyball for Fun classes every Thursday night, designed for people to try or who cant commit, which are suitable for all dogs around one year of age.

Racing against teams from across the world—what an unforgettable weekend at the Flyball Open World Cup 2026! 🌍🐾

We are incredibly proud to have been part of such an amazing event and to represent Rapid Rascals on the world stage. We may not have been the fastest team there, but what we lacked in outright speed we more than made up for with grit, determination, consistency, teamwork and so much heart.

Over the course of the weekend we picked up some fantastic race wins, exceeded our seeded position, and ultimately finished 74th in the world – an achievement we’re immensely proud of. The wheels only feel off a few times, one spit, two earlies, but the rest of the time the dogs did THEIR best and could not have given more, they make us do proud. And more important than any result was the experience itself. We had an absolute blast racing against teams from the Czech Republic, France and Belgium, and sharing the lanes with flyballers from across the globe. It was a privilege to be part of something so incredible.

The camaraderie, sportsmanship and support between teams throughout the event was something truly special and a reminder of why we all love this sport so much.

A huge thank you to Cambridgeshire Flyball for organising and delivering such an incredible event. The amount of work that goes into an international competition of this scale is staggering, and it was clear to see how much effort had gone into making it such a success.

We’d also like to thank every single volunteer who worked tirelessly throughout the weekend. From the out of ring crew to judges, scribes and everyone behind the scenes, your dedication kept everything running smoothly and made the event possible. We still don't know how you all remained so chilled!

Congratulations to Titans Flyball on becoming World Champions and finishing 1st in the world after a thrilling final. What an incredible achievement! 🏆

We’re all at home tired, proud with a fresh fire in our belly!

Now to look towards the European Flyball Championship 2027! 💙💚
