Our third 42 Day Challenge member has successfully completed the programme! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Andy on achieving some fantastic results:

🔥 HIIT CLASS 🔥

With the sunshine making an appearance this week, we took our training outdoors! ☀️💪

The session included two laps of the car park, tyre flips, and of course our usual high-intensity HIIT workout back inside the gym. 🏃‍♂️🚜🔥

A fantastic effort from everyone involved – great energy, hard work, and plenty of determination on display!
