How has it been a YEAR already!! ❤️❤️ 👩‍❤️‍👩 This time last year was officially the best day of my life marrying my beautiful Wife in Las Vegas. I can honestly say this year has just been the best. There is not a single day we don’t laugh together. She puts up with every difficulty part of me and always makes me feel like the most special human in the World because she certainly is that to me. Happy 1st Anniversary to my Wifey for Lifey ❤️ An even more special day as it’s Mum and Dads Wedding Anniversary too. 59 years!!! Amazing 🤩

Needed a good training session as knee been getting me down. Running still off the cards but held up well on the Wattbike, Row and Airbike. 4 x 7 minute thresholds into 5,4,3,2,1 minutes on each machine. Was a slog but great to get a sweat on with 2 of the besties. 😊

The Rain ☔️ came but the Work Rate kept on going too. Lost count of how many Burpees, lunges and bear 🐻 crawls were done today but they got down in the wet and mud and got it done 💪💪💪 Top work from the Saturday Boot Camp Crew. Mixed bag this week. Ruptured bursa on my already bad knee so unable to do steroid injection. Some pretty s**t news about my knee in general at my appointment so reassessing my training going forward. Training with Kel sorted my grumpiness a little. Think I may become an expert on the ski erg whilst running and rowing off limits. 😂 Little shopping trip today and bumped into an Olympian and tried some new kicks on Summer 😂 (not actually dog trainers )

Words cannot express the Pride I feel right now aswell as feeling absolutely shattered 😂 Today the people I train and the most wonderful friends competed in the Deadly Ski Competition at the amazing Stu-Nique Fitness. For some this was another comp for some theit very first and every single one of them did more than amazing. The work rate was off the scale, the energy and the support from each other and the gym members was incredible. I love my job beyond words but today was extra special. To see a group of people come together into the unknown and perform the way they did has left me feeling quite emosh 😂 A truly wonderful group. Thanks for making me love my work so much. For being such wonderful people. Thanks to Stu, his gym and members for getting behind us all too, thanks to our little support crew and video, picture takers. Much love. Coach Lucy P ❤️
