Pre-season finishing touches.

The Elites have been back on the training pitch, the goals are going in and we’re more than ready to get the new season underway.

This season, the KW2 Elite Football Programme will compete in the National Football Youth League Men’s U19 North West Championship 2 alongside their football and education programme at Hillsborough College.

Not long until the first one counts.

A few words from Kyle before training.

Our Monday and Wednesday evening academy sessions in Sheffield are for young players who want extra football alongside their grassroots team, or simply more time to train and work on their game.

Across the week, sessions cover different areas of the game, from technical and tactical work to 1v1s, finishing, small-sided games and specialist goalkeeper training with Heritage Goalkeeping.

Players train at Hillsborough College with the KW2 coaching team, with sessions available across different age groups for boys and girls.

And if you’re thinking about joining us, September is a pretty good month to start. Every player who joins our Monday Evening Sessions during September will automatically be entered into our prize draw, with a signed Kyle Walker shirt, signed Jack Grealish shirt, a month of Monday sessions and an October Half-Term Camp day up for grabs.

Already train with us? Bring a friend or teammate who signs up for Mondays in September and you’ll receive a FREE October Half-Term Camp day too.

Looking for football coaching in Sheffield this September?

Our Monday Evening Sessions at KW2 Academy give players aged 7 – 13 extra time on the ball, structured coaching, 1v1 work, finishing, tactical work and competitive football alongside their grassroots training.

Sessions take place every Monday at Hillsborough College, Sheffield, with groups split by age:

Ages 7 – 10 | 5:50pm – 6:50pm
Ages 11 – 13 | 6:50pm – 7:50pm

And throughout September, every player booked onto our Monday sessions will automatically be entered into our prize draw, with four prizes up for grabs:

* Signed Kyle Walker shirt
* Signed Jack Grealish shirt
* One month of Monday sessions FREE
* One FREE day at our October Half-Term Football Camp

Limited places remaining on our Elite Football Programme for September

Our KW2 Elite Football Programme in Sheffield is designed for boys and girls aged 16–19 who want to continue developing their football while studying full-time.

Based at Hillsborough College, the programme combines education with a structured football environment, giving players the chance to train regularly, compete in weekly fixtures and continue progressing both on and off the pitch.

Players on the programme benefit from:

• Three training sessions per week
• One competitive fixture per week
• High-level coaching
• Strength, conditioning and performance support
• A-Level and BTEC study options through The Sheffield College
• Regular competitive football
• Opportunities to continue progressing within the game

This season, the Kyle Walker Football Academy Elites will compete in the National Football Youth League Men’s U19 North West Championship 2.

If you are currently looking at post-16 football options in Sheffield, a football and education programme, or an opportunity to continue playing at a high level alongside your studies, we still have a small number of places available for September.

Looking for a football camp in Sheffield this summer?

To celebrate one year of Primary Sports Coaching x KW2 Academy, we’re saying thank you with a special £5 Football Camp for our final summer holiday session.

Whether your child already plays for a grassroots football team or simply loves the game, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a full day of football coaching in a fun, welcoming environment before the new school term begins.

Our football camps are open to boys and girls aged 4–14, with sessions designed for all abilities. Throughout the day, players will enjoy football coaching, games, small-sided matches and plenty of opportunities to develop their skills while making new friends.
