Coach Reid’s top strategy is convince yourself you can do it, commit to every attempt. Get stubborn when things get difficult. Its better to be delusional about your ability, give it 100% and maybe fail, than be a ‘realist’ who then doesn’t put full effort in. Choose the strategy that tricks you into 100% effort.
