One trend I'm watching closely in real estate marketing:

Lead generation has become easier.

Lead qualification has become harder.

With AI, automation, and increasingly sophisticated ad platforms, generating inquiries is no longer the primary challenge.

They buy:
• status
• safety
• identity
• comfort
• hope
• belonging
• confidence

Real example:

Apple doesn’t market the iPhone like this:

A18 chip
120Hz display”

Because most people don’t emotionally care.

Instead, their marketing makes people feel:
• premium
• creative
• modern
• successful
• ahead of others

The product becomes part of identity.

Same with Turkish real estate.

People say they want:
• ROI
• citizenship
• appreciation

But deeper than that, many actually want:
• a safer future
• global access
• family security
• social status
• international identity

The best marketers understand the emotion underneath the purchase.

That’s why two businesses can sell the same thing…
but one feels valuable and the other feels cheap.

If your business looks “normal” online,
you’re probably marketing features instead of emotions.

Which builds trust instantly. In Pakistan, people judge a business by how it looks online before they ever message you.

You can understand what your audience actually cares about
Instead of guessing, you start speaking their language. That is what turns views into inquiries.

You can plan your content
So you are not posting randomly every day. Each post has a purpose, even if it looks simple.

It won’t be perfect.

But for a business earning 50k to 250k, this level of control can completely change how you grow.

Because at that stage, clarity beats complexity.

Most of you know me from snooker videos.

That journey is still part of me. Nothing changes there.

But over time, my focus has shifted.

What I actually do is Marketing. I have been working with both local and international businesses, while also building my own agency.

And I kept noticing the same pattern.

Small business owners putting in effort. Posting content, boosting posts, trying different things. But without clarity, it turns into guesswork.

Now with AI, things are changing fast.

For the first time, business owners can understand and handle parts of their marketing themselves, if they approach it the right way.
