Age is just a number 👊
These clips are from some of my longer and most consistent clients — and that word consistent is the whole point of this post.
Harry (late 30s), Sam (mid 40s), and Nigel (mid 50s) all started boxing later in life not to compete but to get fit, learn a new skill, have a deeper understanding and enjoy the sport. They mostly train just once a week… yet their technique is really coming along 📈
It just shows you don’t need to start young or train every day to get good enough to enjoy boxing. What actually matters is
• Quality of training
• Consistency over time
• making sure it stays enjoyable!
No matter your age — it’s never too late to start. And once it clicks, it’s something that keeps you fit, sharp, and constantly learning for life
There’s always another level, something to improve on or a new skill to learn. 💯 BEST SPORT GOING in my opinion 🤌
