Tournament Round-Up 👏🏻⚽️

U9’s – Little Common Tournament:
The boys were incredible, winning 4 out of 5 games in the group to progress into the Shield knockouts.

They went on to win their semi-final, but narrowly lost in the final to worthy winners Ringmer.

A brilliant effort all round — the lads were fantastic and did themselves proud!

U7’s – Hastings United Tournament
A great invite for the boys to attend the Hastings United tournament in a non-competitive format.

They put in a brilliant shift, winning 4 out of 6 games against some very strong opposition — and most importantly, they loved every minute of it.

Player of the Tournament went to Ted for his outstanding attitude and ability to adapt to any position he was asked to play 👏🏻

A fantastic day for both teams — great football, great spirit, and proud coaches all round.

Up the SEDS!! 👏🏻⚽️🤩

⚽️ NEW PLAYERS WELCOME ⚽️

We’re always on the lookout for new players and currently have spaces available across several age groups throughout the club.

We run youth teams from Under 7 to Under 18, and also offer:

Wildcats – girls aged 5 to 11

Power Rangers – fun football sessions for children aged 5 to 6

Two fully integrated adult teams – a great pathway for players continuing their football journey

We also operate waiting lists for any teams that are currently full.

Whether you’re starting out or looking to develop further, now is a fantastic time to join our club.

⚽️ U12’s @ Charlton Athletic – Play on the Pitch tournament ⚽️

What a day for our lads! 👏🏼

Fantastic football on display, some brilliant goals, and the boys represented Sedlescombe Rangers with real pride throughout 💙

A superb run saw them reach the Shield final, finishing runners-up after a 2–0 game 👊

But more importantly, an unforgettable experience — playing in a stadium in front of our amazing travelling support 🙌

So proud of this group… memories made that will last a lifetime 💫

U13's Pinks League Champions 👏🏻💗

The U13's Pinks travelled to East Grinstead yesterday, already crowned league champions 🙌 - but could they follow in the footsteps of last season’s U14's Pinks and complete an invincible campaign? Yes, they could 👏🏻

This was never going to be a walkover, but the girls started brightly. Carys opened the scoring with an acute angled finish to make it 0–1. Shortly after, Ellie-Mae found herself in space just inside the East Grinstead half, spotted the keeper off her line and launched a superb lob 🚀 0–2.

Remarkably, moments later Ellie-Mae found herself in almost the exact same position. With the keeper again off her line, she tried her luck—and yes, she did it again 🚀 0–3.

The second half picked up right where the first left off. Erin added a fourth with a well-taken finish (0–4). Carys then made it five before completing a superb hat-trick to seal the scoring at 0–6.

A fantastic all-round team performance.

This result means the girls secured the league title with an invincible season—a huge achievement and fully deserved after finishing runners-up last year.

Great effort from the U7s at the Westfield tournament this morning ⚽
For their first ever competitive day, the boys were outstanding from start to finish.

They showed brilliant teamwork, determination, and real quality throughout, competing right up there with some excellent sides.

Massive achievement and most importantly, they loved every minute 👏
On to the next one 💪💙⚽️
