Waking up feeling ancient
🫠

If you’re getting out of bed every morning feeling stiff, achy, sore, and like a different part of your body has decided to kick off overnight....

I really do get it.

That used to be me too.

Random injuries that just wouldn’t repair properly.

Joints feeling angry.

My body feeling like it was constantly shouting at me, but I kept brushing it off as “I’m just getting older.”

But actually....

My nervous system was stuck in fight or flight.

My body wasn’t being dramatic.
It was screaming for help 😤

And when I discovered PEMF, I honestly couldn’t keep quiet about it.

Not in a salesy way.
In a “why the hell are more women not being told about this?” way.

Because now I’m seeing women feeling the benefits too.

Calmer bodies.
Less pain.
Better sleep.
Less stress.
Feeling like they can actually breathe again.

You do not have to accept that this is just ageing and that’s it for you.

So much of it comes back to inflammation, stress, and a nervous system that has been running on emergency mode for FAR too long.

And there is something you can do about it.

If you haven’t tried PEMF yet and you’re curious, DM me “PEMF” and I’ll chat you through it 💪

How often do I do PEMF? Let’s talk about it! 🤪

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy…a science-backed technology that helps recharge your body at the cellular level. Think of it like plugging your cells into their own tiny power source. Like a charger for your phone. Every function in your body depends on energy, and when your cells are low on charge, everything from healing to hormone balance, can feel sluggish or out of sync.

That’s where PEMF comes in. It works by sending gentle electromagnetic pulses through your body to stimulate and restore natural cellular energy. The result? Better circulation, reduced inflammation, faster recovery, deeper sleep, and a calmer nervous system.

So, how often do I do PEMF? Honestly daily. Just like we brush our teeth or drink water every day, giving my cells a daily recharge has become part of my non-negotiable self-care routine. Consistency is key because your body thrives on regular energy support, especially when navigating life changes like perimenopause.

Before PEMF, I felt like my body was screaming at me to slow down, my hormones were all over the place, my stress levels were high, and healing from injuries took forever. Now, I finally feel like my body has the energy it needs to heal, balance, and thrive. Managing perimenopause symptoms has become so much easier, fewer mood swings, better sleep, and more stable energy throughout the day.

PEMF has truly been a health game changer for me. It’s not just another wellness gadget; it’s a foundational tool, the missing puzzle piece of health ! ⚡️👌

Kelly spilling the TEA!! 🗣️

My girl just gave me the most honest review about her time at Strength Club so far.

She’s talking about how it’s doing EXACTLY what I promised it would do.

Building confidence with women and lifting weights ✓
Getting that proper support and guidance ✓
Having an eye on you to make sure form is spot on ✓

And she’s not wrong about the progression either. Every single week these women are smashing out an extra rep here, lifting a bit heavier there. But obviously it’s all specific to THEM and where they’re at.

The community bit though.... that got me right in the feels 🥹

When women support women in the gym space?? Absolutely unstoppable.

We’ve literally got ONE space left on Sunday 10am because it’s been so bloody popular. Which honestly makes my heart so full because this is what I wanted to create from day one.

A place where women can lift heavy, feel confident, and cheer each other on while they do it.

Have you been thinking about joining us??

13/06/2026

You’re STILL sore four days later 😤

You lifted heavy Monday.

Your legs are still screaming Thursday.

You’re shaky in the gym. Hungry after every meal. Snacking all evening even though you “ate enough.”

Sound familiar??

Your body is literally STARVING for protein.

You can’t repair muscle damage without it. Can’t build strength. Can’t even regulate your mood properly.

Those amino acids aren’t just for bodybuilders... they’re keeping your immune system running and your cravings in check.

The scale might drop but your shape stays exactly the same. You’re losing muscle, not building it.

All those hours in the gym but your body has nothing to work with.

It’s like trying to build a house without bricks 🧱

Your body doesn’t just need fuel, it needs the RIGHT fuel.

What’s one protein source you could add to today’s meals??

Stopped doing this to my kids 🫠

Making them “earn” dessert by finishing dinner first.
Feeling guilty every time I pull something from the freezer.
Spending £100+ on days out because apparently that’s what “good mums” do.
Obsessing over my body in the bathroom mirror while they’re brushing teeth.
Calling foods “good” and “bad” like chocolate is the actual devil.

You know what though...

I realised I was passing on all MY food issues without even knowing it.

My mum did the clean plate club thing. I remember having to sit at the table until I finished everything, even if I was full. And obviously I didn’t want to do that to mine.

But then I swung the other way and got all weird about it.

Now? Chocolate exists in our house and nobody loses their mind about it. Freezer pizza happens on busy nights and I don’t write a dissertation about why we’re having it.

The £5 park trip gets just as much excitement as the theme park day because kids don’t actually care about your budget anxiety.

And I’ve stopped pretending I have it all figured out because.... I really don’t 😂

Parenting is messy and half the time I’m just hoping I’m not completely screwing them up.

What’s one thing you’ve stopped doing as a parent that you thought you “should” be doing?

Stopped doing this s**t 🫠

Making them earn dessert.
Guilt-spiraling over freezer meals.
Dropping £100+ on days out because “good mums” apparently do that.
Body-checking myself while they brush their teeth.
Treating chocolate like poison.

You know what though....

I was passing on all MY baggage without even realizing it 😤

My mum made me sit at that table for HOURS until every pea was gone. Even when I was full. Obviously I didn’t want to repeat that nightmare.

But then I swung completely the other way and got all neurotic about everything.

Now chocolate just... exists in our house. Nobody has meltdowns about it.

Freezer pizza happens on Tuesday nights. No essays required.

The £5 park gets the same excitement as the theme park because kids don’t actually care about your budget anxiety!!

And I’ve stopped pretending I have it sorted because... I really don’t 😂

Half the time I’m just hoping I’m not completely screwing them up.

Parenting is messy. Most of us are winging it. I know I am 😵‍💫

Stopped doing this to my kids 🫠

Making them earn dessert by finishing every last pea on their plate.
Guilt-spiraling every time I grab something from the freezer instead of cooking from scratch.
Dropping £100+ on days out because apparently that’s what good mums do.
Body-checking myself in the bathroom mirror while they’re trying to brush their teeth.
Labeling food like chocolate is basically poison and carrots are saints.

You know what though....

I was accidentally passing on all MY stuff without even realizing it 😤

My mum did the whole clean plate club thing. I’d sit at that table for HOURS until every bite was gone, even when my stomach was already full. Obviously I didn’t want to repeat that with mine.

You can buy skinny nowadays 🤷‍♀️

Ozempic. Procedures. Crash diets.

There are literally a hundred ways to make that number on the scale drop in 2026!

But you know what you CANNOT buy?

Muscle.
Strength.
The confidence that comes from deadlifting your bodyweight.

The way your body moves when you’ve been consistently showing up for months.

There’s no injection for that. No procedure that gives you the feeling of getting stronger every single week.

And honestly.... that’s the BEST news!!

Because the body you’re building through progressive overload? Through hitting your protein targets and actually challenging yourself in the gym? That’s YOURS.

Nobody can take that away from you.

Every rep you do is an investment that compounds. Every session builds on the last one.

Skinny fades when you stop the injections or the extreme diet.

But strength? That stays with you.

Obviously the scale might not move as fast as you want. You might not fit into those jeans as quickly as someone who’s taken a different route.

BUT you’re building something so much better.

You’re building a body that works FOR you instead of against you 💪

What’s one thing you’ve noticed getting stronger at lately?
