The Lionesses came away with a win against Lutterworth in today’s friendly, putting in a brilliant performance and showing plenty of hard work, determination and team spirit. 🔥

A great test as we continue building towards the new season, players trying new positions, implementing things we’ve been trying out in training and plenty of moments to be proud of! 👏

A massive well done to all players! Today’s Forward of the match and opposition’s player was Olivia Rogers. And our Back of the match was Wiki Kucharska who is sponsored this season by Rugby Lions Minis & Juniors

A massive thanks to Fergus Deery for the continued care and maintenance of the rugby club’s grounds. Despite the recent prolonged period of very dry weather, the grass remains exceptionally green and well maintained. She’s been in here from the start, captaining the Barraba Rams women’s team all the way to her 100th game!

Her dedication to not only the game, but the club, is true testament to the person she is.
From being one of the girls who helped pave the way for women’s rugby in Barraba, to now becoming the FIRST EVER Barraba Rams woman to reach 100 games — what an incredible achievement!
