What a game yesterday's Premiership Final was.

Two sides throwing everything at it, plenty of quality rugby and a finish that kept everyone watching right to the end. It was a great reminder of what makes rugby such a brilliant sport to play and be involved in.

With the new season just around the corner, now is the perfect time to get involved.

Pre-season training gets underway this Thursday at 7pm at The Red Lodge Sports Pavilion. . Whether you're an experienced player, haven't played for years, or fancy trying rugby for the first time, we'd love to see you there.

Last night’s players meeting was exactly what this club needed.

There’s a real buzz around Mildenhall & Red Lodge heading into the new season. New coaching setup, fresh ideas, familiar faces returning, and plenty of excitement about what’s to come.

Pre-season starts next week and we’re looking to add to the squad. Whether you’ve played before, haven’t picked up a rugby ball in years, or are completely new to the game, you’ll be made welcome.

Come down, meet the lads, and be part of what promises to be an exciting season for the Eagles.
Pre-season starts 25th June. All levels welcome. No experience needed.

A great evening down at Thursday Touch with 22 players getting involved, including plenty of new faces joining us for a run around.

It's brilliant to see so many people coming down, having a laugh, and enjoying some rugby in the sunshine. Whether you've played for years or never picked up a rugby ball before, everyone is welcome.

The season may be over, but the work continues.
Every Thursday at 7pm we're running touch rugby sessions for anyone looking to stay active, improve their fitness, sharpen their rugby skills, or simply enjoy being part of a great group of people.
