🌟ATTENTION RED LODGE ZUMBA🌟

It is with great regret that I'm having to stop my Wednesday class at the Millennium Centre.

As some of you know, I've been having some trouble with my hip this year. The problem has been getting steadily worse and it looks like I might have a hip impingement which may require surgery and rehab.

For now, I'm having to slow down and change my exercise routine.

I will be carrying on my Newmarket Leisure Centre classes for the time being.

I am so terribly sorry to do this. You know how much I love teaching and I am absolutely gutted.

Hopefully I may return in the future 🤞

As I'm away next week, the next class will be 22nd September and the last will be 29th September.😞

Any requests for your all time favourites for the last two classes - do let me know!

🌟 CLASS CANCELLED WED 8TH 🌟

I am so sorry guys. With the heat, my hip giving me trouble and my lack of sleep this last few nights I think it's safer to cancel rather than try to power through.

I'm also away for work next week so unfortunately no class until 22nd September.

Please accept my apologies, but do go out and enjoy this last bit of summer this evening ☺️.

I am so very sorry guys. For those of you who don't know I have a hip problem and it's really flared up this week. I need to rest as it's not getting any better at the moment😫.

Class will be on next week as normal.
