Next month's AquaPaddle Pontypool will look a little different... 🤔

As those of you who came in August will know, our safety checks sadly uncovered damage to the canal. Our usual stretch looks likely to be closed through the winter now but fear not!!

Our trusty crew have calculated another course, starting from Pontymoile Basin as usual (so you can get your coffee and cake at the cafe), but going South instead 🧭

We'd love you to join us, and we can assure you that finding a potential canal breach is a VERY rare event that will hopefully never be repeated 😆

We had a great turnout at Pontymoile Basin today. The weather brought paddlers old and new, from K1s to paddleboards to a wooden Canadian.

Thankyou to everyone who turned out for the second ever Llangdegfedd AquaPaddle yesterday. It was a brilliant day of watching the racing and then getting out on the water ourselves.
