Boys were back at it this morning and got off to a perfect start 🔥👌🏻

It was a simple ask from the coaches this morning, dig in, work hard, move the ball quickly and play the football we know we can.

Determined to get off to a good start the boys did everything asked of them and more, great team work on show, loads of effort and energy and some brilliant football on display.

We came away well deserved winners and started the season strong 💪🏼

After a long summer off the Green Army are back and ready to kick off their U8 season in the morning!

The lads have worked hard over the summer taking on friendlies and tournaments, as well as enjoying some well earned weekends off.

We’ve all missed our Saturday mornings and can’t wait to have the lads back at it.

Last night the Green Army U8s travelled to Grayfields for a friendly vs FC Hartlepool Bears.

We have played this team before in a very competitive encounter with some brilliant performances on display - this match ended in an 8-8 goal fest so we were looking forward to a good run out last night.

The match did not disappoint with both teams going at it non stop for 45 minutes in very warm conditions! Goals galore, some brilliant keeper performances, tackles flying in and all round top class football from both teams.

It ended 7-7 in a very tight game and a great watch for the spectators, followed by a fun penalty shoot out to round off the night.
Thanks to the Bears for hosting us and good luck for the coming season.

Really proud of our lads once again - they are absolutely smashing their pre season work.
