Thankyou everyone for another brilliant fundraiser 🤠👏
🤠✨ A huge thank you to Anne, Annia, Elaine and all their volunteers for hosting an incredible Country Western Day in aid of The Archie Foundation!✨🤠
Guests enjoyed a fantastic day filled with music, delicious food, a DJ, and even line dancing for all abilities, from total beginners to seasoned pros.
Anne and Annia have been amazing supporters of Archie since receiving support themselves a few years ago. When Annia underwent operations on her feet, Anne was able to stay in Archie's family accommodation, keeping her close during recovery. Archie also funded a wheelchair to help make recovery a little easier during that time💙
Since then, they've gone above and beyond in their fundraising, taking part in last year's variety show (with Anne even choreographing the surprise parents' act!), marching in the Celebrate Aberdeen parade, and organising fundraisers just like this one.
The day ran from afternoon into the evening and was packed with fun for everyone who attended. We especially love the photo Anne shared of Annia below in the brilliant country-themed setting💫
It's clear everyone had an amazing time, and that energy showed in the incredible total raised of £2,170.92!
Thank you so much, Anne and Annia. Your continued support helps Archie provide vital services to babies, children and families across the north-east during medical struggles and bereavement⭐
