🧘♀️ Gentle Balance and Stretch
⏰ Thursday 10.15 - 11.15 am
Join Kath for a mix of Chi-ball and yoga to strengthen, balance and stretch without strain. The session will end with some gentle sound therapy and breath work to recalibrate the mind, body and spirit before heading back onto the High Street feeling calm and centred.
Trained in Seasonal Yoga and sound bath therapy, Kath’s knowledge straddles the science of vibration, the holistic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Indian philosophy underpinning yoga.
She is ready to welcome you from Thursday, April 30th. The class is by donation to allow the better off to support the less able to pay, making the sessions affordable for all.
