We started setting up this site in October last year and the transformation is incredible.

Built for business. Delivered ready to go.

We recently delivered a new production facility for Fort Vale Engineering.

The build included 30,000 sq ft of warehouse space, alongside offices, meeting rooms, staff welfare areas, and full shower and locker facilities.

But projects like this aren’t just about the building itself.

We managed everything from demolition of the existing structure, groundwork and construction, through to coordinating specialist systems and final fit-out.

The focus was simple, to deliver a space that worked for the business from day one.
