Monday - 7-8pm Adults (mixed)
Tuesday -7.30- 8.30pm Adults & advanced juniors (mixed)
Wednesday - Juniors 6-7pm, Adults (mixed) 7-8pm
Thursday - 7-8pm Adults (mixed)
Saturday - (mixed ages) 12-1pm

Adults £4 per lesson (16 and over)
Juniors £3 per lesson (up to 15 years)

Hi guys, just to let everyone know we will have our last lesson before Christmas on Tuesday the 23, and re-open on Saturday the 3rd of January for a gentle/recovery sparring session. Also into the new year the prices are going to have to go up for the first time in 13 years as we all know electricity and rent have gone up dramatically in the last few years. The new prices will be £5:00 for adults and £4:00 for juniors.to pay weekly will be £12.50 or monthly will be £35:00.cheers guys have a good one 🙏😉
