We know that building friendships & feeling part of a community, is integral to staying engaged with exercise. 'Welcome to 'TOWTR', a unique running-based training group which gives you the opportunity to be involved in coach-led sessions whether that be for running or run-specific strength and conditioning (but not body building!)

ching; strength & conditioning, nutrition and thinking about the power of the mind (those pesky voices in your head!) which can all play a vital part in improving your running performance and keeping you injury free! This groups is ideal for any individual wanting to improve their running, enhance their enjoyment, safe-guard against injury and learn more about how the thoughts in your head can have such an impact on how you feel about exercise. If you fancy being a part of a supportive, fun (doesn't take itself too seriously) group, learning a whole load of new stuff along the way, then this could be right up your street!
