Today we gathered at Hot Yoga Nottingham to honour Oliver’s life.

He shone such warmth and kindness, and was truly part of the furniture, an integral part of our community. His presence touched so many lives, and he will be deeply missed.

Together we sang Kirtan led by Jess✨| Somatic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher & Space Holder 🌙 for him and held a yogic ceremony to support his journey, wherever he may now be. We have also installed a memorial plaque in his honour.

We’ve left a memory book at the studio for anyone who would like to share a message or memory of Oliver. This will be passed on to his family.

Goodbyes are never easy, but the love and memories we shared remain with us always. Until we meet again, Oliver. 💕

At Hot Yoga Nottingham, one of Nottingham’s longest-standing hot yoga studios, our space has evolved over time while staying rooted in something real and deeply intentional.

Inspired by India and Bali, the studio is filled with accents collected along the way, each one chosen to bring a sense of calm, stillness, and connection the moment you walk in.

A gentle hour just for you and your little one 💛

Join us for our Mum & Baby Pamper Workshop
📅 Wednesday 1st July 2026

👶 For babies aged 3–14 months

This is a nurturing space to slow down, connect, and be looked after a little too. We’ll move through gentle baby-friendly yoga-inspired practices, soothing techniques, and time to simply be together in a calm, supportive environment.

Afterwards, enjoy light refreshments and a moment to chat and connect with other mums ☕✨

Led by yoga teacher Devina, who has used these same practices with her own 4-year-old and found them deeply supportive in early motherhood.

Held at Hot Yoga Nottingham, a space created for real-life wellbeing, for both adults and families.

Spaces are limited, so early booking via our website is recommended.
