20 minutes of HIIT added to my online website this week. Barriers to training are mainly time and motivation, as the day goes on we talk ourselves out of it and run out of time as something crops up.
Get up 30 minutes earlier and train for 20 minutes! That's all it takes, don't do nothing. Start thinking about training as a baseline requirement for wellness, not as an activity with health benefits!
