Rhythm Nation Studios A place where talent is nurtured, confidence is grown and friendships blossom. ♥️💃🏼♥️ We offer FREE taster classes for every potential pupil in all styles.

Rhythm Nation Studios is a local to Sherwood Dance Studio for children and adults. Children from 3+ will have the opportunity to train in Tap, Ballet, Contemporary Jazz, Musical Theatre, Street, and Acro. Pupils of all ages can take exams under IDTA/Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and are given local performance opportunities in fetes and theatres. Everything with us is optional, so you can choose how muc

h you and your child would like to get involved in. We pride ourselves on running small class sizes to deliver that extra special personal touch. Your child/ you will be one of 16 dancers in the studio and your teacher will aim to support you grow in your chosen style. We communicate with you regularly regarding your child's class and ensure all parents and guardians are kept up to date via e-mail, and work hard to provide a positive and rewarding experience for all families. We love what we do and we believe that all children should try all styles and see where they gravitate towards naturally as dancers. Start your dance journey with us today! Re introducing our staff for our tenth anniversary year… first up Miss Nic.

Miss Nic is returning to teaching Saturdays following her 8 month maternity leave having beautiful baby Nate.

Miss Nic says: “I cannot wait to return to the studio in a teaching capacity! Whilst I love running the behind the scenes and have a wonderful team, teaching is where my heart truly lies and becoming a mother I believe has enhanced my approach which was always super maternal! 8 hours teaching should be nothing compared to labour 🤣🤣🤣”

Stay tuned as we reintroduce your team one by one over the first week of term!

Last in our what’s on today timetable series, Thursdays - our Ballet and Tap night!

We can get your dancer from Preparatory > Grade 5 on the same night!

That’s 7 grades! 💪🏻🎭🤩💃 (though exams are ofcourse optional, dancers can still move up through the levels without taking the exams, if they aren’t your thing!)
