Free Kumite Course

Well done to everyone that attended the free Kumite course held at the Dojo and organised by Rob Traves sensei. A lot was covered in two hours including giving students the oppertunity to try on the protective equipment used in competition. A big thank you to Sensei's Rob, Frank and Fiona for taking the time.
